Campground Booking Terms & Rules

These terms apply to nightly RV stays on our short-term site (Spot #1) at Bear Creek Marina, 60 Bear Creek Marina Rd, Mansfield, GA 30055, on Jackson Lake. Nightly stays run 2 to 29 nights. Stays of 30 days or more follow our monthly lot application instead.

Rates and Booking

Sites are $75 per night with a 2-night minimum. You can book up to 4 months in advance. Holiday weekends may be priced higher. An 8% hotel/motel tax is added at checkout.

The full stay is paid by credit or debit card at booking (processed by Stripe). We do not take cash or checks for nightly bookings.

Cleaning Deposit

A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is secured to your card on file at booking. The site is inspected within 24 hours after checkout. The deposit is only charged if the site is left unclean or damaged; otherwise it is released.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If staff is not on site, you can self-check-in using your confirmation email and site number. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Changes and Cancellations

Your first reservation change is free. Additional changes are $10 each.

• Cancel 8 or more days before arrival: a $10 cancellation fee applies and the remainder of your payment is refunded.
• Cancel 7 or fewer days before arrival: 50% of the site charge is forfeited, and the cleaning deposit is not charged.
• No-shows (not checked in by noon the day after arrival) are cancelled, and 50% of the site charge is forfeited.

Your Rig and Site

Spot #1 is a lakefront site with full hookups (water, sewer, electric) and 50-amp service. A 30-amp adapter is available on site. Please declare your RV length, number of occupants, vehicles, and pets when booking.

Campground Rules

Bear Creek is a working marina and a campground community where most of our neighbors stay month to month. Posted campground rules are provided at check-in and apply to all guests. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
